Deleting your OTC Learn account

OTC Learn works with no account at all. If you have never signed in, there is no account to delete and nothing of yours is stored anywhere but your own device — see the privacy policy for what that covers.

If you did create an account, this page is how you get rid of it.

How to delete it, in the app

Open OTC Learn and go to Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm. The account and everything backed up under it are deleted immediately, and the app carries on working without an account. Study progress already on the phone is kept; use Reset all progress in Profile if you want that gone too.

That is the whole process and it needs no email.

If you no longer have the app installed, email singhalsachin2003@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. Using the same address is what lets us match the request to the account; if you cannot, say so and we will find another way to confirm it is yours.

We will confirm by reply once it is done, normally within 30 days.

Signing out is not deleting. The app offers both; signing out leaves the backup in place.

What is deleted

Everything held against your account, permanently and with no archived copy:

• your email address and the account itself
• your mastery score for each product
• your review queue and question history
• your day streak and saved products

What is not deleted, because we never had it

Purchases are handled by Google Play, not by us. A purchase is not tied to your account — the app deliberately never tells RevenueCat who you are — so deleting your account neither cancels a subscription nor forfeits a lifetime unlock. To manage or cancel a subscription, use Google Play. For a refund, contact Google Play.

We have never held your payment details at any point.

Your copy on the device

Deleting the account removes the synced copy. The copy on your phone is yours and stays until you remove it, either through Profile → Reset all progress in the app, or by uninstalling.

Deleting your data without deleting your account

If you want the synced data gone but would like to keep the account, say so in the same email and we will do that instead.
